Artificer Class

Adds a new class that should be available right at the start of the game (or as an unlockable with the Peasant mod!). It uses Scrap to fuel many of its more powerful moves, including creating one of a handful of types of drones! The base Artificer can create a rolling Ball Drone or a Flying Drone with a magical cannon! Some class weapons give other drone types, or other amazing inventions that the Artificer can use!
